All shears are critically examined and tested before being shipped out. All scissors are guaranteed by the manufacturer with a warranty against any defects for the lifetime of the shear. Damaged, nicked, dropped or misused shears do not fall under the warranty and will not be replaced. However, they can be repaired. Please refer to our Services menu for instructions. In special cases a recently purchased shear will be repaired free of charge. This is done on a strictly case by case basis.

Please report a defective shear immediately. Shears kept for more than 1 week are considered in good condition and are not returnable or exchangeable.
